Welcome to the Cambridge University sailing website. Although our name might suggest that we are a dedicated 'big boat' club, the Cruising Club is a normal university sailing club with four sections organising Team Racing, Yachting ('big boat' cruising and racing), Dinghy Sailing (social sailing and fleet racing), and Windsurfing for members of Cambridge University, plus a fifth section maintaining a news blog and organising social events for alumni.

Sailors of all abilities are welcome, from people used to competing at the highest levels of the sport, through those who are more than happy with a short sail followed by a trip to the pub, to those who have never set foot in a boat before and are looking for training. Our five sections offer a huge variety of opportunities - there will definitely be something for you!
